Shipping costs within the EU are included in the price.
Orders outside the EU have a flat shipping rate of €89 per order.
Please be aware that orders outside the EU may be subject to the relevant customs duties and/or custom handling fees of the destination country or state. Customs fees should be paid upon arrival by the receiver (you) and are in addition to shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately as customs charges are governmental taxes, we cannot discount or reimburse you for these costs.

We declare all shipments as chairs. We will declare the amount you paid the for item. Unfortunately we cannot mark your shipment as a gift.
To put it simply. Is your delivery address in the EU, then no. Is your delivery address outside the EU, then probably yes.
We ship all works from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Whenever you objects are shipped to an address outside of the EU, customs charges may have to be paid. The exact amount can vary depending on the customs laws of your country or state.
When in stock the objects will be shipped out within 2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You'll be provided with a track and trace link.
We ship all orders on our standard service using a variety carriers. If you require express shipping, please contact us directly and we can get this sorted.
Most shipments are delivered within 10 business days in the EU. For orders outside the EU it will vary per country and time of year (around the holidays times can increase significantly).
We use DPD, PostNL, Dynalogic and DHL.
No, each chair is different due to the fact that we use natural materials like our Oak wood. Also the fabric is made through a very complex process and will slightly vary per chair in terms of print, color and 3D texture.
Absolutely, we only want happy customers. If you'd like to return your object you can do so within 30 days after receiving the item in the original packaging and box. Please contact us at hey@in-cc.co and we'll provide you with the next steps.
The fabric reacts to steam (the fibers contract - hence it becomes more dense). So if you would like to have more 3D effect, you can use your steam iron for the and steam the fabric. Please do not let the fabric directly with the iron as it's PES and may melt. Also do not dry clean.
